Marketplaces

If you also sell on Lazada or Shopee, EZsite can connect your shop to your seller accounts there, so that you keep your products in one place and handle marketplace orders from the EZsite admin.

What is kept in step

• Products: from the product list, you list your EZsite products on a marketplace, and update, delist or re-list them. Each product has its own marketplace details (category, name, description, pictures, variations, price and stock). EZsite sends its data to the marketplace and replaces what was there.
• Orders: with order management switched on, marketplace orders are brought into EZsite regularly. You see them in a separate list per seller account and can arrange shipment, cancel and print shipping documents from there.
• Stock: with stock control switched on, marketplace orders and cancellations change your EZsite stock. This needs the inventory function of your shop.

Setting it up

Connecting needs your Lazada or Shopee seller account: from the Online Marketplace menu you add the account, log in to the marketplace's seller centre and allow EZsite to work with your shop. As this guide does not yet describe these screens, contact EZsite if you need help with the first connection.

The switches are in Website Setting › Function Setting: Enable Online Marketplace Integration, and once it is Yes, a tick per marketplace and, for Lazada and Shopee, a tick for order management and one for stock control (see Choose your shop switches). The Online Marketplace menu appears once the integration is on.

Good to know

• This guide does not yet describe the marketplace screens step by step.
• The list of marketplaces also offers Facebook, for listing your products in a Facebook shop. This is separate from selling during a Facebook Live (see Facebook integration).
• Most labels on the marketplace screens are in English, also in the Chinese admin.
• Staff need the Online Marketplace row in their role (see Create a role).
